If you are like most people there are areas regarding your mental health that are very frustrating. I would love to hear about the areas you are wanting to work on and topics you would like me to chat about. I am very passionate about mental health and I would like to break the stigma around talking about how we are feeling.
I will be posting about different mental health topics/ tools that I think are valuable or interesting. Mental health does not always need to be about a diagnosis to be affecting your life. Sometimes we just need a little help to make our brains a little happier. Sometimes we just need a little help to get out of our own way!
